MP3 player Actions hopes for strong 2006

SHENZHEN, China (Reuters) – Actions Semiconductor Co. Ltd., China’s second-largest chip design house, hopes shipments of its microchips for MP3 players will climb about 30 percent this year, in line with strong market growth, after kickstarting a new, higher-end product line on Tuesday.
