Ofcom to delay 3G spectrum decision

LONDON (Reuters) - Telecoms and media watchdog, Ofcom, has
delayed a decision on whether to auction off a prime range of
radio wave spectrum which could by used by mobile phone firms
for mobile Internet services, media reports said on Monday.
